What type of help do you need?
Temporary...
Short term projects, shut downs, asap work, all fit the definition of a Temp employee. The skill level is no different than a long term employee - just the job assignment. A Temp might be for one day, one week, one project - all depends on the need.
Temp To Hire...
Looking for long term staff? This is the way to do it. You tell us what you are looking for - skills, background, pay, etc. and we do the research to find the top candidates for your opening. After we present you with the top of the list people you decide who to interview. Once you have decided on the best applicant they are an employee of Journeyman Staffing for the first 720 hours, then you can take them full-time for no additional charge. At any time if you decide that the employee is not the right match for your company all you have to do is let us know and we take care of it. The Temp To Hire process saves you stress, time, and ultimately - money!
Direct Hire...
Need that full time employee on board right away? Our experience in recruiting and screening can get the right person for the job as quickly as possible. Once you select the best person for the job they become your employee immediately.
